With the addition of the new proc its very easy to hit 1400+ dmg in 1 hit which is stupid

Limit proc to only 1 proc at a time i.e it cant proc db and dg with your ss

Add 150hp pots at high barr cost

100hp is very low with what your hp can become with new neccy

Add the slow walk spell from CTF will stop kiss chase






Unfortunately I have to agree with him on almost all aspects.

Mages are OP, a mage should not be able to tank 3 melee chars, and at the same time 1hit a melee char who's invested in 120 int, they should be more glass cannon, less 1hit tank.

Didn't even know proc could do more than one at a time, that's ludicrous and definitely needs to be removed.

150hp pots should be added, high barr cost is pointless as everyone is running round with 50mil or so anyway.

I think something along the lines of the slow spell is good, a "vines" proc to stop all these pussy running off and feathering around pk fights, or just remove feathers all together.

This, mages can cap their int and still have allot of defence and not bad melee capabilities.
Melee chars who cap str would have to invest in 150+ int to not get one hit, shouldn't mages also have to invest more into str to not get one hit?

120 int isn't really an 'investment' anymore, for comparison a mage with 120 dex shouldn't have any complaints about being hit by a melee char with 160 dex. A considerable issue here is the way players are building their characters. Are procs OP? yes, are Machine gun bows OP? yes indeed.

Make thornified actually work vs mage (it must be bugged atm)

Ad 150hp crafted pots

Add new int armour past nightmare

Make feather interrupt casting like it does melle

If all this happened 4th staff aura would be viable



New int armour would also be nice.

I agree mage proc is OP.

If you can get magic focus proc, then why can't you get mele focus proc?

If we make equivalent mele proc to counter mage proc then perhaps this will balance things up abit?

I know we have Thornified which is a start but it needs buffing and generally an expansion for new mele procs...

A new HP pot size is sensible too as others have suggested.

If you make weaken pve only spell you may as well just remove pk all together tbh.
Cos you cant have zombie and not weaken, this will just make melle chars OP.

Each cap raise a new class or build of char will be more stronger than the last cap raise, eg. Archers/DeX builds at 120
Were OP, 125 cap raise mages are on top.
Also Not forgetting how quick some of these melle weps are,
Most +8 weps will melt most mages in seconds.

Sure mages this cap are pretty op, but I think alot of people are forgetting how hard it is to make the proc tabs and then succeed past +2 on an item.

If you are running around in melle gear and not md gear vs mages and you get weakened chances are you wont survive to proc. However if you are not in md gear vs some capped int mages what are you even doing with your life?

I dont see how making weaken a pve spell will benefit the game, just get good at removing weaken 🤷‍♂️

Also why do you still insist on putting forward the ideas that only benefit you?
You may have been away from the game for 6 months matty but you haven't changed I see :)

Nice to see Subxero asking for changes that only benefit himself. While we're at it lets add +8 weps to the donation store so he doesn't have to go through the trouble of buying them from China.

As if stands PVP has never been better IMO.

At the end of the day you can't have the best of both worlds, you're never going to be a tank and a damage dealer at the same time.

People asking for a nerf to mages are the melee chars who chose to make high DPS melee chars. If you don't want to die so quick, look into making some +OE nightmare gear like others have. Archers with 100 int could tank the 4 hits I get on them through a full 5th axe duration all day then continue to prevent my cast for the next 20 or 30 sec with a +8 bow while my aura is on cooldown. I guarantee in those scenarios my HP pots would run out while the archer still has 100+ on their belt.

Also in regards to massive damage output, why has no one mentioned some of the knuckles and axes out there? Was only yesterday Yokohama dropped me solo with his knuc. Yeoey can do the same with his knuc and Venrugo with her warban hammer. Not to mention the knuc with 277 recoil just made, a wep that hits nearly 4x in one second. As soon as a mage is 5th axed against something like this its GG, even at 200+ str.

Tanks IMO are perfect, I've seen some tank 8+ people and rightly so, that's the point of a tank and if they're willing to sacrifise not getting kills in order to tank ad tactically 5th axe for their side, fair play to them.

Edit: An extra 5 levels has just been added to the cap and proc gear has been around for a long time. 90% of the archers who are complaining about mage damage chose to use these extra 5 levels getting their STR and DEX higher and not touching INT. Subxero the worst culprit. Not even hit 125 yet, still plenty of time to do INT and you're still complaining?

One point though, correct me if I'm wrong but:
Mages are built high damage output like dsoma but are squishy, regardless of gear worn (glass cannon)
Mage on hsoma ARE the tank build just requires a quick gear change in f10 that takes the whole of 3 seconds?

But yes I didn't understand the add 5 more levels to round your char comment, hsoma just had that and not many chose to do it
