Not trying to have an argument but why?


Well each cap rise has caused imbalance and that door to this server that new players come through is going to put players off walking through the higher the cap level is increased.

any perceived imbalance comes from the reluctance of warriors to do enough int.. and it's difficult now for str mages to catch up on dex .. particularly with just 5 levels at a time... so warriors do no int... mages do no dex... ( broadly speaking).. and this 'imbalance' continues
possibly 10 or even more levels might rectify this and players can train other stats...
could cap dex at 210 ish, so dex warriors have to do some str or int
could cap int at pff 275 ( figure plucked out of the air) so they have to do some str or dex...
etc..
must be some ideas floating around that might help the 'balance'
or.. just have massive differences between mages/warriors etc and live with the consequences...after all.. it's personal choices and no1 else to blame for how ur character turns out.. cept thyself

biggest put off for really new players is getting decent gear ...

anvil +3 guarantee for weps !!

could have a slight increase in craft/heal/con speeds ..all qol stuff not affecting gameplay

-1 more things to look at before raise. New armours to counter the ridiculous damage. Stat gain needs looking at before everyone has the same stats.

This is why we getting new weapons and a cap raise means you can get more str etc -yes they have more attack also but with hp increases that should help also! assuming the hp increases are significant

everyone having the same stats might be something to worry about.. but possibly the least thing to worry about for a long long time
there might be new armours...
and stat gains and possible caps need to be looked at.. and ideas are being asked for in this thread

Not phased by level cap being barrier to entry for new players as it's mostly gear orientated anyway

By all means increase another 5 or 10 levels.....

The problems why the UC is were it’s at are all still here in a month or 2 when players are capped yet again.

You make a valid point. and i think Gms should consider why this is happening?

Maybe its to do with competeing in game ?
