That's a fair point. The griefing, harassment, botting, constant crossing of lines with banter/trash talk is all carried out by a small handful of people.

Imagine how much better this server could have been if they'd all been banned years ago.

The setting of the game itself is to punish people who often PK. For example, they cannot enter the village because they may be attacked by other players. And can't fight back. Because there are guards in the village. But now there is another NPC in the game for killers. The cost of PK is reduced. That's why.

imagine having people with top gear on lvl 100-115 chars just to kill people trying to lvl further reducing the usercount. they would sit on noobs and have cap players there waiting if they retaliated
