As far as morals go URMUM is right its a dick move from the orig zyzz and he will gain no respect for having the char he has, same as half of the server that have payed to win, but that's cool nobody needs nor wants respect in this game they just wanna be "the best" at the end of the day the fellow who bought zyzz if its even his fault this whole things started is stupid and deserves to have the char taken off of him, I mean seriously if he'd spent that much money on his own char he wouldn't be that far behind zyzz rofl.
I don't think zyzz should be banned I think the guy who bought him should be made an example of what happens when you spend money on a game where you shouldn't be.

Just like to say like a sad cunt I am I just spent 15 mins on the phone to citizens advice and I think you will find that a cash transfer witch you can get in writing from the bank or PayPal or whatever means you payed showing the purchased plus the verbal contract would hold up in court which means gms would have to do some think about it or the seller will have to pay the money back and seeing as somadev have no terms and conditions coving this you would have to return the character to the person who purchased it if the seller did not pay the money back. So ghost sitting there saying there just 2 men and blizzard are a massive company doesn't mean they don't have to abide by the same laws at the end of the day they are running a game like its a Business that all so takes donations so I think your should take this very serious and not just say it a grate scare tactic coz you could easy be put in a very bad position if the buy or buys of the characters want to go that far after all £300 is a lot of money to most peaple. Ctizens advice are 100% sure as long as you got some think showing the payment you will win. As that just backs up your verbal contract.

Very fair point iceblue, there was no rules in place against the sale. The account or money should be returned. I would advise whoever bought the account to seek legal help.

This is just like esoma all over again didn't Foxtrick (foxtrck) sell his char for cash not once but several times? and each time he claimed it back due to the fact that he had the registered email. Im sorry to say this but come on guys what have you lost a few days of sitting behind a keyboard clicking? theres more important things in the world than Soma, you cant go back and change whats happened so just keep looking forward.:)

its actually a verbal contract which is between two parties there has been money which has changed hands which can be proved so the real zyzz has actually commited theft once he agreed to the sale off his character and money exchanged hands it no longer becomes his property.....

I hate to admit this, but iceblue has a very valid point. Something needs to be added to the rules/agreement when you sign up and it should be added to existing characters so they have to confirm it when they log in and unless they do confirm such new rule additions then they cannot log in, otherwise this can/will cause a massive shit storm.

Was nothing to do with being reclaimed... The password was changed 3 weeks ago as the others left for wow

It was todo with the fact the other guy arranged to sell items to style for £ an the original zyzz wouldn't give him the items..
