SomaDev does not recognize the transfer of The Myth of Soma Accounts. "ISYLVER" You may want to make this point slightly more visable. For instance full T & C list box pop when loading client / logging in, with a tick box "i consent to these Ts & Cs". Additionally, all T & C changes need to be communicated in order to be binding, so I would also suggest a mass email to all accounts. Otherwise the case of "those terms were not the terms I agreed to" comes into play.

Hi, just to clarify your t/c say you do not recognise the sales. Are sales forbidden? If someone is caught try/selling any items or account will action be taken or are you just going to turn a blind eye and let whatever happens happen?
