To start with WERE in writing or has ever been said that somadev own the toon as you keep calling it? they say if a risk but thats all. 2nd if the TOON is not the players to sell then we have moved on to fraud. I dont think anyone wants me to start on that one. At the end of the day if somadev dont want any think like this to happen they should have it all set out in writing they should have there terms and conditions in order if any of the gm's want i will happy point out all the legal issues with the web sites t&c and all so the games/donations.

Ultimately the responsibility is between both parties and we would need to action the end result of any proceedings taken (i.e block the account or do nothing depending on outcome).

This could be taken to small claims at a cost of approx £50 to lodge papers.
If orig zyzz says "yeah this is all true and it was in actual fact me who did it and I owe you the cash. " then he would be ordered to pay up.
If he said "did I fuck you mentalist" then you would need to prove it which wouldn't be easy without a written contract. If found guilty then yeah he would be ordered to pay.

If orig zyzz then says "yeah iv been ordered to pay but I'm not gonna l0l" then the complainer would have to arrange a sherrif officer to take over the case to get payments. Cost of this and court would outweigh the cost of character. Even then orig zyzz can say "still not paying l0lx2". At which point further costs are required to be able to arrest orig zyzz wages.

Basically it won't happen.

I don't think it needs to be "Said" by the gamemasters, as it is shown;
These are private individual(s) providing a free service at entirely their own discretion, cost and effort.
They can choose at anytime to remove part of the service or remove the service entirely as it is provided solely at their discretion.

This shows that all rights to all but client files resident on a client computer are the property of the provider.

As for fraud, It's again like someone selling a friends borrowed car. You don't go after the owner of the car. You go after the friend that was paid for selling someone elses property. The rightful owner is faultless.
