Really, some of you just keep on at the same thing.
It is not a business, its just a free service. ---------- A coffee shop has a nice chair in it, and person A is currently occupying it, but of course does not own it. Person B says he'll pay person A £300 to sit in that chair. Person A takes the £300 to let person B sit in the chair (which didn't belong to either of them in the first place). Person B goes to the toilet, and person A sits back in the chair but doesn't give the money back. ---------- Why the F__K would the coffee shop be to blame? Seriously, you guys...

At least one of them seems a bit unstable what with attacking the server and all. If that is what has occurred. They'd have gotten pk'd, caught botting or drop something on dc> Blow it way out of proportion and ddos the provider.

How can selling your account not be a violation on this server but it's an instant perm ban on EVERY other mmo.
We have to punish those who deserve it regardless of repercussions it's damaging to the server. I don't even know the guys involved but I feel his pain. I'm just losing faith and it's a shame it's things like this that kills games. Especially when the community sees it going unpunished.

"KAIDONE"As far as morals go URMUM is right its a dick move from the orig zyzz and he will gain no respect for having the char he has, same as half of the server that have payed to win, but that's cool nobody needs nor wants respect in this game they just wanna be "the best" at the end of the day the fellow who bought zyzz if its even his fault this whole things started is stupid and deserves to have the char taken off of him, I mean seriously if he'd spent that much money on his own char he wouldn't be that far behind zyzz rofl. Things have happened. You shouldn't say that. Your words will fan the flames of a liar!

I just think it does not involve the server and the gm! These things have happened, of course. How to solve? Deal you can offer favorable evidence on both sides. Trading when additional information such as paypal. Will you describe your is what to buy and payment? If you can't provide favorable evidence. Should be from any luck!!!!!!!!!!! Why?? No why!!!!! It's free server!!!!!!!!!!! Gm can only improve the server and the game environment, let us better games. Happen there is no need to impose to gm!! Even destroy server??

You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with any Account. SomaDev does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Game, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for value outside of the Game. This will hopefully stop people continuing with this in the future. By logging into the game or site you now consent to the updated Ts & Cs.
