Dsoma Improvements-

I appreciate Dsoma isn't getting a lot of love right now as its ahead of Hsoma, but there are still a number of things that could be improved.

This is not a I want everything easy thread, but there are some clear flaws currently with dsoma side.

Bosses-

Bosses right now are almost a waste of time.

Shironim- Shironim is the hardest boss ingame right now. Currently Monster has killed Shironim 20-25 times and has a grand total of 1 epic weapon. The majority of kills dropped untagged vendor items.

EDW- I have attended at least 20 kills myself, and know of many more, 99% of kills drops trash.

Suggestion
Untagged items need to be removed from the drop files. It might be nice to add a Kelvar/Kolvar spawn to (conti castle?) dropping 121/131 skill weps. Im not asking for epic items to be easy but some armours especially are impossible to get hold of, which brings me onto my next point.

Armour-

Currently tagged dread gear is in such large supply that it wipes out the use of any other armour up to and including 104str Invulnerability armours. Supreme in particular is far too rare, and is being completely skipped as decent supreme is almost unheard of. The majority of devils wearing supreme/vand now are doing it for the looks rather the stats.

Suggestion
Supreme needs be to improved, yes its good to be rare so keep it to the bosses. EDW for example should be dropping tagged supreme more than once every 20 kills. Supreme could even be put highly rare on lizards even. Invulnerability gear currently only drops off elite guard and could be added to EDW or Shironim drop files.


Rings/Earings-

Necklaces are manageable but currently there is nothing worth having for th ring/earing slot. The introduction of the 4 bosses collecting souls for the only rings worth while having is currently pathetic. 2 day spawn on each boss, drops 1 soul if your LUCKY and then you need 4 of them for the rings.


Suggestion
Defiantly something to thing about for holiday events. The boss souls for rings need to be made more realistic.

Other-

Altered beast (conti)- Currently if your a sword user your dripping in epic swords as these are so heavily hunted and sword is such a common drop.from them. Could all weapons be made equal drop rate?

Kharil lizardmen- Nobody is yet to hunt these as they are just not worth it, they hit hard and give comparatively poor exp with very little improvement to stats. These need a HP cut to be worth considering.
(Also there needs to be a spawn of somethign similar to bridge the gap ab > wbm when we dont have conti)

Humans on Devil Conti- Give them 80%, we all like a bit of pvp.

Pos-
7500 pos seems a little expensive for a haircut when humans get it for barr, would be nice to have sarah the hairdresser somewhere on dsoma.

For classes which have pointless 5th auras (or no 5th at all) the red shout scroll is the only object of interest, It would be nice to introduce more objects obtainable through pos.

I agree, the loot distribution and loot tables on Dsoma are so out of whack.

Also agree, some items simply can't be attained such as 50 skill weaps and above. Don't want to be spoon fed but simply having tagged items dropped from bosses and untagged/hardened from mobs would be a huge improvement.

Funniest thing about drops I've seen, after what, 5 weeks of conti for devils, I go run into human conti, kill 2 mobs, and poof! Epic silver bow drops. 55 skill weapon.

Slayer for dsoma president!

I'm also in total agreement of all above points made. These NEED to be addressed, discussed and a compromise reached between the dsoma community and the developers with a plausible solution to this unavoidable problem. Please work with us to come to an understanding instead of the usual 'ignoring the matter and leaving another thread to be forgotten and buried....'

Bosses - removing non-tags would be removing tags too. Bosses drop 10% more tagged items than normal mobs do. I'd like to see more bosses in conti though.

Armors - I don't mind that high tagged armor can out-defence a normal higher tier armor. Inv could be placed on a boss but I'm against putting it on Shiro, it's currently one of the most farmable bosses.

Accessory - I can't really comment on that other than collect souls and be patient for content updates.

Conti mobs (whom mainly seem to have about the same drop files) - seem to favour sword drops. Elundra has gotten like 5+ from Dread Scythe.

Lizards - I believe Sylver is aware of the status of these mobs and is on top of it.

Humans on devil conti (raiders) - only if devil and human raiders can be given a seperate % this would be worth considering.

Haircut - isn't that bugged?

5th - can't you trade fortune pouches?

PoS - Basically the same as accessory - patience and suggestions. :D

Any chance drop files can be updated/refreshed along with the Dsoma mobs. A lot of mobs aren't worth hunting unless it's for drops. Would it be possible to have I.e mino given same stats as ab with drops designed for 2/3 classes and ab given drops for the remaining classes? Would solve weapon issues and a particular area getting too busy. Would also give players the chance to hunt something different without sacrificing stats and lvling speed. A change is as good as a rest ;-)

Talked about this in game with you already but since that's only a two person conversation I'll repeat the majority of my points to make them public.

Bosses; I don't think untagged items should be removed because in my opinion every boss should have a chance to drop something bad or else it just becomes too good of a boss, however I do think having a boss drop garbage 95%+ of the time is bad.

Armours; I do agree here that supreme shouldn't be a rare as it is, not sure personally what I'd suggest to change here but some kind of change would be nice. The armour I wear now is purely because I think it looks nice I have better sitting in my wh which is of course tagged dread -.-

Rings/Earrings; Personally I don't have much of a problem with these.

Other stuff; Talked you in game about the sword drop rate and I'm in agreement that if it's higher than everything else then an adjustment should be made there weather it's lowering the drop rate of swords to match everything else or bringing the drop rate on everything else up.

Also in agreement about the Kharil lizardmen situation right now they're not worth it and also whenever we lose conti we actually have no mob to hunt within that time we don't own conti. What I'd like to see there is the conti version fixed and also a decent mob with similar stats with a lower drop rate due to not being the conti version.

The % that humans are on should be upped a bit to encourage a bit more raiding.

Bosses -After speaking with others aswell, fair enough keep in the chance of poor drops, but the overall % is terribad really hope this is addressed.

Armors - Its not about out-defencing, its about the fact that tagged diablo is irreplaceable even for a 104 str+ dev.

Accessory - Fingers crossed!

Conti mobs - glad we agree, can this be balanced?
