It's just not as expected for it's level of rarity. It is 1~4 att better than the T-bolt LORDCOOS posted and is 84 recoil faster. I always expected the Legendary to have extraordinary stats, distinctly setting themselves apart from the other rarity tiers. Sort of like a Legendary item in Diablo for example.[/quote]
