No need for shitty comments from anyone....
But jr has a point the game has needed something for a very long time, this could of been worked on before it was needed... I just hope it's not to late. |

"BASIL"No need for shitty comments from anyone.... I agree. However, if it was so easy we'd have raised the lvl cap by now. I very much doubt it's 'too late'. The recent heat has slowed me down. I've requested some info from the database. After that I should be able to get close to a finish.

I guess if they raise the cap without properly balancing the new monsters then it will just end up like test server. Everyone having the same stats at max level.
Probably involves a lot of testing As it stands you have to properly balance your character to be any good. They just need to make sure you can't cap everything.

For HSoma there's little to no problems in raising the lvl cap.
For DSoma it'll bring a whole world of issues. Which can be managed one way or another. I'm glad to say that finito grabbed me some info from the database yesterday so I can get cracking on dsoma items to put in the drop list.

With dsoma can use s0rcs idea..
Cap all stats to a set gain for all class's Solves punching, doesnt let the str difference between bow/axe get more ahead And keeps the dex balance Give everyone a set gain per level say 8 str 0 dex and 4int 8hp 8mp for example |

It would basically mean that you build your character from 0-100 and then you just upgrade it, without any real changes at all anymore. We'll have to see though as every option has positive and negative sides. Being realistic we'll probably see a combination of multiple fixes. Btw, I've been shouting calculated stats for dsoma since the test server. But again, it's boring I believe. As a GM my point of view has changed slightly.
