I must admit I'm excited its taking a long time (hoping for a lot more content :P) as Soma is getting a bit stale ATM. Of course its not stopping me spending hours grinding away :P. Regardless of how big or small the new cap raise will be, any new content in game is a benefit which will only help the user count and life span of the game. Some people need to remember the GM's do all of this for free (very little funding anyway) and they all have lives to lead so we should be grateful.
Personally the raise won't affect me unless the dex to str part changes so I can change my plan on my first char.
