Two much world shout gets anoying would keep it how it is. Removing stamm for a map only shout would be good tho imo

Is there going to be anything done reference Dex gains based on Str for people who have capped , we all know that the closer your dex is to your str you gain dex in less %. if the gains carry on as they are then myself who has 50 more str than dex then my dex gains will be mental. it could resort me to starting another char and i would feel like i was been penalised for already been capped.

Very likely that we will either:

A) Make dex gainable at the same rate past level 100 regardless of str deficit

Or

B) make it its very own stat which acts more on a per hit basis like con.

A) This is pretty much the remove stat bonus idea that was mentioned ?

B )Does this mean that everyone will gain the same amount of dex after level 100 ?

Both would mean that you have to put the time in but your character isn't gimped.

Seems like the hit-based one would be abusable, option A sounds a better option.

Not 100% sure how B would work. If it was more hit based people woukd use training weapons to get maxed out dex ?

Edit - +having low str would maximise dex still ?

Making it so that your str doesn't determine your dex gains is a must imo.

New mobs with no str bonus is the easiest and most obvious solution to me. Anything else seems like over-complicating something that doesn't need to be complicated.

Even with a fix like that, and character who feels they need to gain Dex is always going to have lost out to a character who gained it pre 100? Or am I missing something?

I don't think so. If you take the most common character builds into consideration:

a) High dex warrior:
171str
120dex
100int

b) High dex mage:
120str
120dex
160int

c) Low dex tank:
171str
90dex
170int

Dex gains will be the same % for chars A and B. C will be slightly different as they haven't hit the last dex slowdown yet at 95, but once they do it will be the same % as the others. If build B or C chose to do dex after 100 they'd still maintain the int advantage or A, so I don't see that they'd miss out. As long as the % for str and dex gains are well thought out I don't think it would matter whether you did dex before or after level 100, would it?
