Put endgame mobs on conti only.
Remove them from VOD/abias and which ever dev map. Will make the highest lvls always NEED to attend. Will prevent players from increasing the lvl distance between the 'elite' and the others. As for the inevitable arguement of "then the other race will break away". I dont think they will. The current mechanisms change the %. So i feel regardless of whats happening, this necessity to own conti will make all the "high lvls" try and win conti for their respective race, and thus the entire % balance system will actually work., and I cant see a race owning for more than 2 weeks at a time. As for "so im just supposed to not hunt for a week if my race doesnt win conti?" - Essentially, yes. For the longevity of the server, it will slow people down hitting the cap, before it is raised again, and increase the importance of one of the essential pvp elements of the game. Fact is unless something drastic is done like this, there will never be a balance, as the issues arise when the higher lvls no longer feel the need to win conti.

I'd still turn up no matter what the % was even though I've not needed conti for a long time now and because I have no pos to lose so I don't really care and if I ever had pos I'd make sure it's gone before I show up as seen last war, because If I ever valued my pos there's no way I'd ever show up to that. Whatever % that was it was completely ridiculous, so I can fully understand when lower levels get frustrated and start posting their frustrations because if devils that are level 75+ onwards can't do sod all what chance do they really have getting 2 hit.

"NEOXIAN" Also would just like to say that particular statement is complete and utter pish of the highest order and with the upgrade system the way it is you need a lot of these items to make anything decent. To the stage people are going around with +3 upgrades on untagged.hard due to lack of decent bone.

Now that EQ has admitted to fixing the war two weeks ago (regardless of who came before or not, humans should easily have won that war), which has directly resulted in the % being 2.5% lower than it ever should have been. i icedog was standing on a stone that war holding it off from 5 devil and all u lot could do is stand there and let me die not one of you help you just wanted the 500 pos for you self coz you just one greedy fker but coz u all left me to die i for fk you lot then and just stop atting devils if you was all bit more helpfully i might of tryed harded and if you was all looking when orange miss clicks off the stone one of you could of got on but there we go again you was all so greedy hoping for that pos from devils death you did not see monster get on till it was to late but who cares about any of that now i icedog will fix wotw for you all just DELETE dsoma and be done with it no 1 shows for gvw just all come over to hsoma and we have a mass pk fight lets say right after hsoma gvw that all sound good to you ?

The outcome of a war is not what the % should be based around, It should be based on the damage each race does to each other. Being 2 or 3 hit by most of hsoma, and then getting a lucky miss-click off the stone so we win is not a reason to then reduce our % further. The war is about the actual event, it should be fun to participate, as it stands, we require 5 high end Devils to possibly kill 1 high end human, and we are outnumbered as it is. I've seen the damage we do to you guys when EQ were on devil conti, your on lower %, we're on 100%, and is most definitely pottable with 100s. We are kept on such shit % with weak arguments, but when we test our dmg it goes ignored.
