"DOUAVACADO"Jeeezzz... 25% is NOTICABLE, you guys just don't try lol

All the time I've been leveling, I've rarely seen any of you at it? But it's too slow right? Quite literally havnt seen any of you leveling and leveling is usually slow when you dont level.

I think you all just need to try and actually level and realise it isnt that bad lol

I think the only reason you guys play is because you think it's going to be utopia once you hit level 120 but in reality you won't be able to handle the farming for items grind judging by how you think current % is slow.. and then you'll moan again and say that items should just be given to people on a plate so they can pvp against people who put more time in without trying.. -_-

What I'm saying is if you think the current % is bad then you have another thing coming when you're actually capped :)

I imagine the 25% will be applied to drops also. I get your point of view, but you are failing to understand those who can't play every day/night will be unable to cap. Thats fine if you want to pvp against the same players at endgame and don't want to see any new faces there.

I've been at BLG for a couple of months now, I see Lupi there everytime I'm on, but I haven't seen you. Maybe you're at the VOD spawn? Currently crafting though as I don't have access to a crafting character which is probably why you don't see me. I don't need to craft to cap, but I want to so that I can make my gear when I get there.

I am not the one misunderstanding

You guys dont realise, whatever isylver does to the game it does not change the fact that you are just not putting time in.

That is the factor that has the control, not how fast lvls are or drops or anything other than the amount of time put in.

You wanna be good at pvp then you better start by putting the time in... end of

A game that requires you to put 1000 hours in to be the level to farm another 2000 hours worth of items so you can pvp.

Remind me why Matty is always harking on about how good Albion is? Maybe the fact that you can spend 10 hours being boosted in a farming group and equip top end gear with a bit of pay 2 win currency. Yeah I've played it I can see why its succeeding and this is not.

Douavacado, a lot of the people you are aiming that comment at have played longer than yourself. So it’s irrelevant.

The whole point is to bring players back. I’m not being ungrateful with anything but I don’t feel as though it’s enough.

The gms have done a perfect job with content so the levelling speed can be as fast as it needs to be

I don't want to have a slinging match over this I just don't see the harm in giving it all a bit of a boost. It will especially help us solo players.

Edit: this is Razor on my level 15 with 652 hours :)

No matter what he changes the only thing that will make any difference is if you put more time in.

And I've played since day 1, bradc and bl00d were day one chars after test and I also had access to a mates dev char.

Douavacado is new gen

But that's my point renown, they've all played how long and havnt capped or got competitive but many people have in the same time? But it's not their fault is it, its the games fault for being slow

Increase rates - the ppl with more time will jus cap more chars diff builds and beat you in pvp by choosing which char

Increase items - the ppl with more time will just have more items than you and again beat you in pvp

Do you not understand xD?

Cannot argue with that, but would be nice to start farming upgrade gear sooner. Maybe a better solution is to add upgrades to lower end mobs so you can start creating competitive gear earlier.

Think you misunderstand. If half the player base are not capping and just stop playing, that isn't about not putting the time in, its the game becomes pretty dismal after a certain point to make most people stop playing.

We can all say a variety of things for the people that have capped or get 200 craft skill but they are far the minority. And its a big big mistake to only look at the end game content for them as if everything else is fine because that half of the player base keep playing.

We can all say a variety of things for the people that have capped or get 200 craft skill but they are far the minority. Again I don't even think there needs to be much of a levelling speed raise but there needs to be more mid / later game content to keep people interested. Theres loads of other things that "should" be fixed to help that but I dont want to take that away from the direction of this thread.

Whatever he changes, the people with more TIME put in will always win.

I'm not arguing that point, I'm arguing that % increase wont make that much difference to the player base and shouldn't be used as a bandaid to a bigger problem :p

I think it’s you failing to see the point, an hour or 2 farming is more enjoyable and gives more of a reward than 2 hours doing dex for .6 dex.

It’s a game it should be enjoyed.

If you can't handle dex then try being a mage or an axer they can be more forgiving classes to cap - if dex was faster everyone would be running around with 180+ dex and not just the people who can be bothered :)

And if you've seen many pservers in the past you'd realise how fast this server would disappear if that became the case ;p

One rule on soma though, if you can handle the grind to get there than you'll probs be good at endgame but if you struggle early/mid game then life gonna be hell for you once you reach cap, this ain't no candy crush ;/

100% agree with this. Server is hugely faster than Esoma, and I think the rates as they are, are decent. However if there is a 25% increase then I'll gladly make a +50 alt. Wondering if people actually remember the Esoma rates?!
