So whilst the new anvil is still on it's way in terms of collecting souls... we are left with the old one and it just took less than 20 recoil off a wep using a ToE going from 568 rec to 551 rec.... Awful roll.

Awful roll. You sure? Toes are 4-12% of the current recoil so minimum it should have been is 546

By the way Im pretty sure for;
100 150 200 +1 60% 70% 70% These are the current success rates for +1 for each milestone. A lot of people including me think 200 skill should have a higher success rate but at the end of the day the coming anvil change may help players getting to +5 and +8.
