Jesus fucking christ, 1%, it's the end of the world, better delete your char, uninstal soma and cry yourself to sleep every night. Not like it has been capped at 50% in PvE and in PvP. Fucking hell.

As already stated earlier - the 1% is a critical game mechanic change.

It's not the fact that it is "1%" per se, it is the fact that something that WAS possible is now NOT possible. Something that some of us have been very specifically working towards.

How about we just remove dex from mobs, give them flat Acc/Eva instead. 75% acc on BLG gogo.
