"MAIZHIYING"The guard could even shout that abais has had a delivery of materials!

That would be easy to add in.

Yer thats much more suitable imo rather than having to add all this delay stuff.

Sounds complicated, higher stock levels and this shout idea is all that's needed :D

"ACVX"Every1 whos crafted has had to put up with those things.

It sucks but I don't agree that this should be a reason not to change things.

Love it.

lol .. Don't think i ever said things shouldn't change, only that was how its been .. If there is a problem with lack of stocks, surely an xtra couple of k mats at the restock would be an easy fix

"FINITO"How about limiting the quantity you can buy in a single transaction and have a delay added between buying more.

So can still use up all the bag weight you have by buying multiple times.

The delay could just be a few seconds.

That then allows anyone who is at the NPC to atleast grab something and everyone can only grab the same quantity within the same amount of time.

The downside is that it would reduce competition between who can get the mats.
- Cannot be quicker than other players (assuming everyone uses UI at same speed).
- Cannot buy higher quantity.

Another thing is that we could have the buying delay be dynamic. So that if there not other players within the area running the mats then the delay is lowered to remove the annoyance.

Less randomness as to the quantities offered would also be nice. It seems like there is no consistency as to whether it's 5000/10000 leather/linen and 8000 copper at time 1 or 2500/5000/6000.

How about the restock amounts accumulate each soma day. So if everyone misses the restock it just gets added on to next restock. So when people turn up to restock there is more available. So rather than the 6k copper being replaced by another 6k copper it is added on to it. this would then reset each soma day at time 1. So the total amount of mats available is the same. I'll give an example cos i feel like im not making sense lol.

So Time 1 6k copper restocks. there is no one here to get it.

Time 3 say... random restock.. 6k copper restocks however because no one took the original 6k there is still only 6k so in effect 6k copper less for people to get.

Time 8 then comes along and another 6k copper replaces the 6k that was already there. Now someone comes along to restock... he then is able to get 6k copper.

So my idea then...

Time one 6k copper restocks... no one there to get it :(

Time 3 comes along and another 6k copper restocks and adds on to it i.e 12k copper.. still no one there to get it :(

Time 8 comes along and another 6k copper restocks. Now some one comes along and has 18k copper to get :D

The idea being that the total amount available is the same however people now have a greater chance of utilising all the mats available so will get their required quantity of mats faster and therefore free up the materials for other people faster.

this would then reset at time 1 again.

Hopefully that wasnt too hard to understand lol

"MATTHEW"bright idea

I quite like this too. As I was reading it I thought "it'd have to reset at t1" but you included that. :D

A cap at say 15 or 20k would be a nice addition. Or say 200% t1 restock.

The cumulative thing sounds awesome, but don't cap it to 200% of t1 restock unless the amount at t1 is going to be fixed fairly generously. Right now there are two amounts which can be very disappointing. Imagine showing up at time 21 when nobody is around and still seeing 5k wolf leather - that would suck majorly (although right now I would sell my soul for a chance for 5k leather to myself)!!
Could we also see an increase in amounts of stige skin/legs available? Right now with a restock of 250 stige legs you can make around 85 pots, which isn't really hugely useful.

Hmm all sounds nice..but.. the problem in the last couple of weeks has been 3-4-5 players being on 24/7 and buying all the mats.. so there isn't gona be any mats ''rolling over'' till the next day.
Until the last couple of weeks hasnt been any major probs in buying mats.. hence so many ppl have sr and decent crafting skills.
A 200% restock at time 1 is only gona benefit these buyers who come on with 2-3-4 players to clean everything out.
How about making the mobs in the farm give no xp or skills.. so ppl with half decent craft skills can go there to ''farm mats'' and not waste %?

What you could also do to do stop people from just hogging all the restocks without doing any crafting is to raise the cost of mats across the board by a certain amount, and then raise the selling amount of crafted items by a corresponding amount to discourage people from just sitting in abias for a week before actually heading to the forge?
