New Necklace Requirements

If it was the reverse, how many mages would complain if it was 120 str requirement to wear an INT alternative?


If the accesory had been put in BEFORE I decided on what to use the 5 levels for then yeah, I would have sacrificed and done some more int. That is not the case and I have previously stated that I know I will get banged hard by int but I never say anything about "Mages are OP" etc.

How you can justify lowering requirement for a mage build and not for a DPS build does not make sense to me. Then again a guild full of tank mages are always gonna be biased =]

Theres a new valour access, there geared towards att, def ect ect

And i agree that the req need lowering, but then again none of us fully know when isylver going to put the cap rise in

I think the requirements should stay as they are or be increased further and would lead to more balanced characters

We dont want to see capped chars at 125 130 140 only with 100 int and then moaning they get 2 hit by int when they refuse to train int and only do str/dex

That would literally achieve the polar opposite of a diverse number of builds. Cookie cutter everyone's characters just now and be done with it. If people moan about getting smashed by mages then that is their problem that only they can fix.

The point I'm getting at is the tank one was lowered to suit STR/INT characters, why shouldn't it be the same for DEX/STR chars?

I'm proposing either lower the requirements of attack one or re-instate the inital requirements of tank one. Why should I be forced to waste exp on a stat I personally don't want, when the opposing build doesn't i.e being forced to do dex?

TLDR ; I'm not looking for something to be changed to suit me, I just want fairness across the board.

I think the problem is 120 Dex isn't the same as 120 int, asking a tank build to get 120 dex is basically like asking a pure melee char to get like 150+ int for it

Also just to note - tank builds cant wear the tank one till next cap rise either

What kind of Pepega logic is this. Tanks are Essentially STR Mages, moreover hsoma is all about freedom of what stats you want to level and how you want to finish a character.

What you are saying is "Mages can't get dex to 120 so it was lowered" which is incredebly stupid, yes there are two types of Mages, STR / DEX but that does not mean that' it's fair to lower dex to 100 for "Tanks" to wear when melee chars that chose to leave their INT at 100 can't wear it. It's honestly stupid.

It should be 120STR 100DEX 100INT or 120STR 120DEX 120INT. In my opinion it shouldn't even have such high requirements when the most popular attack necklace that everybody upgrades is only has 56 STR req.

Tank chars end up with 93-95dex 5 more dex is not game breaking, it just you are and your guild that crying about it as expected. now go hide under your cave Neanderthal

The problem with the tank one is getting that much dex wastes way more xp (+ its literally a wasted stat) - you'd have to completely ruin your char to wear it


U mean the point is for melee chars to either lower there dex so they cant hit dex mages or lower there str so they cant do any dmg to str mages seeing as the weapon melee chars use in pvp is 90% bow and it's already been nerfed because unless ur axe or have a stoner range 1/2 wrap are useless also the new earing give mages def and ma and proc so the atk melee get on earing is moot against the def

Aoumie already has more str then then 80% of melee chars

I don't really get the fuss about this - 2 new items introduced, one is a really good attack item purely for melee chars and will be used by loads of people if they're willing to invest one level of int

The other is a defence neckie which won't really be used by anyone except potentially the tank chars who can't even use it yet and of which there is like 3/4 chars in the whole game

There's nothing for mages here at all really so melee ppl shouldn't be moaning

Ok few questions can mages add def to items with +5 proc? the answer is yes.
can melee add dmg stats to a md robe without losing the md? answer is no


So why should mages get def added to acc that also have proc and dmg while melee gets no md and if mages want def they can add fp to items without any loss in dmg but melee dosent have that option this coming from someone with a mage and now to use a melee item they are forced to do even more int reducing there dmg/dex even further

Now we have rings for different builds should make necky and ear for different builds. Mages shouldn’t get MA and def. lose the def and make a tank necky/ear
