Mages can't win here.

Majority of melee want max damage output, when that's achieved they cry about damage received from mages.

They get their INT up they complain their damage isn't high enough (although it definitely is).

Do some maths and work out if putting the extra 1 lvl on STR would be more beneficial for damage output than using the 1 lvl to get 120 INT and ear.

An extra 20 INT is an extra 20 MD plus the extra MD you'll gain from the new robes you can wear. Plus the additional damage from the ear you to wear so bad.

A mage could potentially have a set that has 58% proc and +40-50 def if they make there proc gear +8 by adding fp and have the heroic neck and ear 16-26 ma not including a staff how does that make any sense

This makes real sense imo...


I'm a "balanced" character myself. Would love to see a more common dropped item like this to create a more balanced game

And when you wear MD gear a mage can't kill you even when 5thed? When you're not 5thed we cant hit at all vs a bow that hits 2.5 times a second, plus 4th. Your reduced damage is more than our 0 damage.

How about we bring 4th staff to HSoma to balance that?

id love 4th staff go ahead and stand still and cast but mages can just feather and bow stop hitting but melee feathers and if we land in range can stll get hit by magic and its still easy to feather and cast as a mage so in reality u get maybe 3 hits from a bow before u feather and stone or run depending n where u end up so so an archer just chases mage till mage has stone up mage stones and when stone runs out they go back to running and now even mages in proc gear are semi tanky due to extra def on a stupid op neck and earing which makes no sense hey we got a class that can literally 1 shot people lets make em more tanky if a melee char wants more MD we have to sacrifice dmg so then mages should have to do the same but this game is ass backwards and gms have 0 interest in making things balanced

atleast i build my char lmao i give no fucks about the neck lmao its gay anyway who wants + dmg 15% of the time that cant even be upgraded i only care about the heroic clasp and emblem

Has it been confirmed that 100-120int only takes 1 level? I ask because a mate said 106-115 took him 70 ish % at 124

its roughly .5 % for .1 int after 100 int at lvl 125

Like I said I have no interest in the neck so idc if it takes 120 int or 500 int that's not my issue

I personally wont be getting the emblem either. I don't want to sacrifice my 5% weaken ear. You clearly think the GMs have something against melee build chars judging by your previous comments, get a grip.
