time for lev cap + mayb?

Back when I played the test server I started a guild. It grew out to be the only real guild in dsoma at that time. Then Gravija and some of his friends started Fantasy. A while later they grew out to be proper competition for the_empire and we had great GVWs. Until they took over our previous spot. This is just one example of how the community could react to this kind of situation. That being said I don't believe GVW dominance is the reason why DSoma is so underpopulated compared to HSoma. The GVW's haven't been as grand as on HSoma since the start. The devil culture hasn't been focussed around GVW at all but rather around WoW. How to fix it? Quite simple. As stated before DSoma needs continuous content updates which are underway as well as a wider range of things to do. Which has already improved massively and will improve much more over time. Community leaders play quite a big role in DSoma. They are needed to lead and guide the new players as well as keep the world socially active.

Is there not a way to have dex factored into the % at WotW?
Surely that would fixe the problems of 1) humans not being able to hit devils 2) devils doing more damage and having higher MD |

In a PvP environment, not just wotw, evasion% (from DEX) should have a hard cap so that you cannot exceed a set % of evasion.
It's the main divider in Devil v Devil PvP and also Devil v Human PvP. Finito mentioned that it's very possible to do. He said it can be done on a class system too (referring exclusively dsoma that is, as hsoma doesn't have classes). DEX would still bare relevance vs people with similar DEX to yourself, however there would be a 'cap' of evasion you can have vs the lower DEX players, be it of your race, or of the opponents. Fixes so many problems in one change. Alternatively, a minimum accuracy rating could be added - So it's either capping max evasion, or adding (increasing) minimum accuracy.

Speaking from devils side most of sinister quit not because of efukt, but because of Zombie spell for devil vs devil pvp it is far too op, so we stopped attending gvw no pking goes on hardly, theres only wotw and lvling left so you get bored and 1 by 1 ppl stopped logging in, this isn't a Dig. just saying what happened.
