i really dont see a negative side to doing it, more people able to attend pk/gvw/wotw and not get 2 hit etc, and the grind is still on to get to 100 and beyond. i know alot of people focus on the cap raise but this would increase the usercount just as much

Did not expect to take a gander at this and feel positive about the outcome. I won't go on about my how busy I am as it's a broken record.
What I will say is: some of this feedback is excellent. The rates speed up, gvw changes etc. Yes I've spoken to Haux a few times about making it better/easier for new players and it is something we have in mind which you should hopefully see in the new update. Hope to have some time available soon and hope you're all doing well, Dan

Need to keep a con mob in town all the time. Not just during events. Alot of people starting again to make super chars but can only 2 con during events so have no reason to log on until they finish con. Staying on topic of super characters. The hardest part is the grind of +50 Str mobs. By increasing rates up to lvl 80 or 90 they can then get the hardest part of of the way and feel free to play the game normally. Having a tiered rest system would be a good idea I think. So up to lvl 50 is highest tier. Then 50-90 is middle tier. Then 90+ is rest as we have it currently. Then 100+ no rest.

if a skill mob/con mob was brought in it would be better to have them to be like christmas elfs, using magic to attack instead of melee so people dont have to run off to heal instead they can just heal up and carry on conning/skilling.
doing con and skilling are 2 of the most mundane tasks in the game so a change like that may aid alot with people leveling new chars or reskilling a new weapon.

It's not just about the cap rise though, it doesn't appear to be close to ready and doing small thing such as increased rates, drops tweaked abit and other things suggested will bring more people on the server leading up to that point and then when the big patch is ready hopefully the user count will be as higher than its been for sometime and everyone's happy.
Con is a joke anyways make 30 standard or more obtainable tbh it's a drag

why on earth would i be gaining int by healing with 8 skills mobs on me?
having skill/con mob is a change that would help every character interested in skilling or conning i dont understand where you got the idea it would be used for gaining free int but anyyyyyyhoo. currently with mobs like birthday bugs or vampires you have to run to heal when you have taken too much damage, but if they use fireball like they do with christmas elfs you wouldnt have to.

more upgrade drops.. weapon ''re-roll'' npc... being able to buy sr/upgrade tokens , and generally more drops will bring back some '' retired'' 100's who will have a decnt chance to catch up on some of the equips that some ppl have now.
The cap+ will aslo give incentive for ppl to gain some stats.. so maybe the game will become less '' gear based''. gear is always important in an mmo ...but ppl who play, would like to think their stats make a difference too. Regular cap+ updates = more stats ..so the game doesnt just become a gear+ grind which its been for a long time now. More stats .. more levels brings back players.. And with some of the updates planned .. listed above... means there's scope for all. Sure.. speed things up to lev 100 ... make gear a bit more accessible... not piss-easy.... but... with more levs, new content ...plenty of life left in this game. #loveandsupport theMenInBlue

For those with Ocd. To make a super char you have to do con on event mobs doing min dmg to them to get the con in the minimum amount %. My characters all have 30 con.
