It wasn't my idea jack, but yes fairly easy to multi select and put it together.

Since going off work and playing a lot more I've seen that there are less people every week.. the casuals and hardcore players both need catering for and it's tough make the balance right for both.

I don't have awesome stuff and would love it but also don't agree with easier upgrade system so I'm happy to listen to everyone else compromise

Just had a quick look at items that are upgraded. There are only 50 tagged items that are +6 or above, 11 that are +7 or above and only 4 that are +8.

Out of the +6 or above items they are owned by players in 22 different guilds.
Out of the 11 +7 or above they are owned by players in 10 different guilds.
All of the +8 items are owned by players in different guilds.

There are only 3 Intense tagged items and they are all +6.
There are only 9 Epic tagged items and they are all +6 except 1 that is +8.

If you exclude tagged items, there are 306 items +6 or above. Most of them are plain Ring, Necklace, Earring, and low stat items.

There are some guild ''affilliations'' and its the ring/neckie/earring ( dex,str,int, ma/att ) that are making big differences.

Some questions:
What would make a better colour in general for the dura warning? I have seen CYPHUS suggested Teal or White, any other suggestions?

Swapping of hero gear from melee to magic, is this really a big issue? Like said can probably use the scrolls given to do it.

Anyone got more ideas for PvP?

Would increasing the cooldown of Zombie spell help at all?

Planned quick changes so far (ETA: Sometime this weekend):

Adjust drop rate of equipment.

Adjust rate of tagged items.

Adjust drop rate of crafting and upgrade items.

Magma content will be adjusted so it is profitable to hunt there. This will mostly be making them easier by lowering their stats, and changing drops.

Add an NPC that will allow you to combine multiple tagged items for a chance
of getting an increased tagged item. I plan on having it always return 1 item back with the tag not being changed but item will get re-rolled. So atleast you always get a chance of a re-roll of current tag if not a better tag. I wanted to also include untagged items but wil ltake a bit more time.
There will be no UI for it though as that would take much longer to implement and is planned for the level cap raise patch. So will have to put the items you want to combine in first two slots of inventory.

Items that have quantity such as potions, crafting materials, will have quantity randomised on drop currently decided on between 1-3. This will probably not include items such as Spirit Powder etc though.

Change NPC drop system so no longer limited to 15 drops per NPC spawn. This has been limiting us for a while and causes drops to be spread between spawns which is not great. Will then be able to have all spawns dropping the same items and also be able to add more items.

Increase free rested upto level 90.

Change boss drops and spawn times.

Change boss spawn locations, more random. I was thinking about them randomly spawn anywhere on their map.

Increase the range and add randomness to boss drops. This will have items drop randomly at a location in a bigger area, so they will not all be dropped where the boss died. More chance of getting loot for everyone attending a boss.

Try out Guild Village War with a percent system like WotW. The percent will change at higher rate was thinking of 5%. When this gets added current owners will be adjusted because don't want it to take weeks before it balances.

Increase frequency of Guild Village War to twice a week.

Will also look at Quest rewards and the amounts required for completion, personally I am not a fan of them requiring such high kill counts. Was thinking about reducing them by a lot down to few hundred range and changing the rewards to be an item containing a random lesser version of upgrade items that you can combine. Plus also making all of them repeatable.

Change potion shop contents to be the same everywhere.

Other Stuff:
With regards to Guild size limit, I don't want to change this just yet.

Have been toying with the idea of bosses having a no-pk area created around them. But not so sure about this.

There are many mobs that are never used, maybe these could be upcycled

Are you suggesting these types of events should be automated?
If we added in Abyss would it need any changes made to it due to other changes that have happened on the server?
Which mobs are you saying are not being used?
Will think about adding alt gems to other NPCs.

- A working tag system.
- Dsoma Dungeon Levek 2, door below shiro, drops orientated.
- More interaction between Dsoma and Hsoma.

What is currently broken about rthe tag system?
I assume you mean adding a level 2 dungeon.
What interaction would you want to see?

max limit of carrying 3 revive scrolls.
Get rid of pointless bosses, add useful ones. Most T8 bosses are rubbish, and camped.

Why is the cooldown on feathers needed?
Having them currently not stackable is really not enough?
How are the bosses pointless, the drops? They might not be pointless to other characters.

How about; a failed PK attack (the assailant is killed while grey) results in the failed PKer losing 0.1 stat (possibly even give it to the victim)?

Any chance of another boost to mobs and a skill rates boost to align it with stat gains even if you don't boost mobs again please boost skill.

current red warnings of low dura seem ok to me..
who's kept their hero scrolls? If u have.. fair enough to have option of swapping from mele to int
pvp ideas... option to turn it off would proly see more ppl hunting with a mainly '1 guild' thing going on ( xp % penalty mayb)
Adjusting magma difficulty would be good idea. ( if can turn off pvp option ) else u get ur ass kicked if u go near them
Gvw changes sound good
More crafting/upgrade drops sound good idea
Pure random boss spawn/ locations sounds good too
Mayb add the kolvar/kelvar bosses as random spawns .. they drop some half decent stuff for guys in tyt...havent seen them for long time.. they drop some decent m-tag stuff and bone gear etc and not too hard for a team of new guys in town doing con
Being able to buy 100 mp/hp pots in all towns would be cool too

The current red warnings are too unnoticeable as I've come to find several times. This is more due to my laptop that anything. All those points seem great fin.as for convincing you to give an sr npc I think if there was a way of being able to buy 1 ever 6hours it would be great. I've just crafted to 100armor but trying to manage my time to level and get 130 skill for a second sr just seems too daunting. Because of the low user count sometimes it's hard to buy an sr off other players. The extra 3 per day would really help a lot of people I bet

Surely if youre making GVW a % based thing (which sounds cool) you want to have a system where you have to wait a few days before joining a new guild after leaving one or can only apply to a certain number of guilds in a certain timespan etc? To stop the whole thing being abused..

What is the problem? If players are hopping between guilds to get advantages of GV then I think after a while they are not going to be welcome in those guilds, right?

Unless you are just on about guilds that work together and they tryo to just transfer ownership between each other. Will just have to see. The % wouldn't jump straight back to 100% etc.

I was thinking more that a guild could just have leader on the stone, everyone else in a different guild smashing the enemy then rejoining after the win? Not sure if that makes sense or not

maybe have an SR npc that charges 250k per item ..that way, it doesnt nullify the market of crafters that have spent time crafting.. ie.... if ur desperate.. ul have to pay for it!
