Shadow armour is like 73 str req?? and capped players with 171 str are using as there main armour

Yeah, you cannot expect new armours not to be made just because you have hardcored and made str armour. Got to think of the benefits for the server.

I'm not against new armor patch. Its just the stats on the armors you've been suggesting were too nerf.

Let me post this item as an illustrative example:

Dark Armor[Intense] Dark Armor (M)+5
Defense : 9~19
Weight : 12
Durability : 2496

Req. Str : 77

Attack + 10~24(26%)


Took me 2 months just to make this item. (pills of deva only drop by Dio/?????? mob boss). Zyar's ideal helm will give you + 20 att with no proc at 150 str as stats requirement which is I think to much OP for a gear. This will only bring PODs a useless item for upgrade.

Same with 7% accu gears that will require you 5 successful KEs upgrade (barely happens in soma gameplay), it would be not fair if there will be a new armor patch that will give much stats than the upgraded item that took you weeks/ months to make. IMO, 150 str can easily be attain by any player now (with new patch) since free rested will be increase to lvl 90.

Maybe set a new armor that will give you not too nerf stats and will give way to old upgraded armors more useful than the new one.

1500 investment for 150 str is a true walk in the park lol. That top and the 7% gear is always going to be relevant to people if not most of us. It's like complaining you Farmed double warglaives in wow tbc then to QQ when there's a new expansion released the game needs to move on for the better, if new good items aren't made available Everyone will be sticking to there old gear which misses the point

When bone and LB weps were added peoples previously upgraded items didn't become completely obsolete... Although i don't agree with the stats on the items posted, new items are inevitable so don't grow too attached to your upgrades.

Hard to not become attached when players have spent the past 3 years working on gear.

I also agree time to time you gotta release new things, +4 +5 +6 +7 +8 will never be obselete regardless of armour it's on lol, don't agree with the numbers Zyar put though seems crazy high.

Also like the idea to have diffrent spawns with diffrent mob skinns. Mayb do the same with weapon skins like axe of oblivion but skin of halfmoon axe,....

What would make a better colour in general for the dura warning? I have seen CYPHUS suggested Teal or White, any other suggestions?

Swapping of hero gear from melee to magic, is this really a big issue? Like said can probably use the scrolls given to do it.

Anyone got more ideas for PvP?

Would increasing the cooldown of Zombie spell help at all?

Planned quick changes so far (ETA: Sometime this weekend):

Adjust drop rate of equipment.

Adjust rate of tagged items.

Adjust drop rate of crafting and upgrade items.

Magma content will be adjusted so it is profitable to hunt there. This will mostly be making them easier by lowering their stats, and changing drops.

Add an NPC that will allow you to combine multiple tagged items for a chance
of getting an increased tagged item. I plan on having it always return 1 item back with the tag not being changed but item will get re-rolled. So atleast you always get a chance of a re-roll of current tag if not a better tag. I wanted to also include untagged items but wil ltake a bit more time.
There will be no UI for it though as that would take much longer to implement and is planned for the level cap raise patch. So will have to put the items you want to combine in first two slots of inventory.

Items that have quantity such as potions, crafting materials, will have quantity randomised on drop currently decided on between 1-3. This will probably not include items such as Spirit Powder etc though.

Change NPC drop system so no longer limited to 15 drops per NPC spawn. This has been limiting us for a while and causes drops to be spread between spawns which is not great. Will then be able to have all spawns dropping the same items and also be able to add more items.

Increase free rested upto level 90.

Change boss drops and spawn times.

Change boss spawn locations, more random. I was thinking about them randomly spawn anywhere on their map.

Increase the range and add randomness to boss drops. This will have items drop randomly at a location in a bigger area, so they will not all be dropped where the boss died. More chance of getting loot for everyone attending a boss.

Try out Guild Village War with a percent system like WotW. The percent will change at higher rate was thinking of 5%. When this gets added current owners will be adjusted because don't want it to take weeks before it balances.

Increase frequency of Guild Village War to twice a week.

Will also look at Quest rewards and the amounts required for completion, personally I am not a fan of them requiring such high kill counts. Was thinking about reducing them by a lot down to few hundred range and changing the rewards to be an item containing a random lesser version of upgrade items that you can combine. Plus also making all of them repeatable.

Change potion shop contents to be the same everywhere.

Other Stuff:
With regards to Guild size limit, I don't want to change this just yet.

Have been toying with the idea of bosses having a no-pk area created around them. But not so sure about this.

If we added in Abyss would it need any changes made to it due to other changes that have happened on the server?
Which mobs are you saying are not being used?
Will think about adding alt gems to other NPCs.

- A working tag system.
- Dsoma Dungeon Levek 2, door below shiro, drops orientated.
- More interaction between Dsoma and Hsoma.

What is currently broken about rthe tag system?
I assume you mean adding a level 2 dungeon.
What interaction would you want to see?

Get rid of pointless bosses, add useful ones. Most T8 bosses are rubbish, and camped.

Why is the cooldown on feathers needed?
Having them currently not stackable is really not enough?
How are the bosses pointless, the drops? They might not be pointless to other characters.
