Gives time for changes to be implemented properly and I wouldn't be happy to loose the hours and hours and hours put in on number of characters, but surely the best bit is when server is most active and competitive,

Lupi why are you acting like you wouldn't play if it got wiped? You are fully addicted and wouldn't suddenly realise the wonders of going outside, you would play again like 95% of people.
All the GM's need to do is put rules in place from the start regarding pilots multi's ect and it won't happen. As stated in my previous post only "drastic" action will get people back as 90% of people who left have sold and broken all their items so even if good content is released they won't come back as nothing to come back to.

This has been the case with multies on every server ever, and people still come back and start again knowing it will be the same ,
What I'm suggesting is to prolong the life of the server, make some the changes suggested and then restart. i can hunt for 2 days and see one other person where I am, that's the brain numbing side and gets boring easily As I said was only a suggestion, gives the servers other 2/3 years before at this point which should give to implement changes. A 2.0!if you will. Sure here has been a lot learnt by all during this server, why not go for it

A wipe isn't going to happen lads, let it go (i would prefer a wipe) i also sympathise with the likes of lupi and jackelpup and most casual players <-- dunno why jackelpup and lupis name keep getting brought up but meh.
Lupi is where he is because he has grinded like fuck basically, whether or not he will still play after a wipe thats pretty harsh to take that away from someone, I personally think making 0 - 100 easier and having 100+ as the "new server" in terms of being x2 slower than esoma or whatever would work better than any of the current options (assuming a wipe isn't an option)

If server is wiped (which i don't see happening anyway) multis and pilots, whatever they are (bots? no lifers?) need to be scoped out and prevented, no one is going to play just to be annihilated by people with unfair advantage.
Some sort of system needs to be put in place whereby if you are logged into a character for more than X amount of hours at a time, exp/stat gains are reduced to be X times slower for X amount of time. The majority of soma players do have lives outside this game now (i think), so this be beneficial for most people. Obviously a lot more needs to be changed as well in regards to drops, guilds etc.

You want a level playing field. You want fairness, then you implement the changes and start fresh Plus all the changes are all about work and time for fin to implement these updates after been tested

I'm an exceptionally nice person i'm just tired of reading your shit when you play in your own bubble and only care about not having the thousands of hours you've put it wasted, not whats best for the longevity of this game, i dont even play anymore. i do however have hope of a possible reboot or something similar to bring the masses back but it's seems unlikely which is a shame.
