Everyone would be gutted about the hours lost should there be a reboot.
But what's best for the server, there are short betas and tests, but in the long run, we now have 3 years as players and developers to make a final copy, we found more and more issues which can now be invented with purpose of making a further improved version, I'm not saying it's only option but it is a viable one, if planned and done correctly. In a years time would you want to be a year into a new char with some excellent changes and improvements done from the start of a fresh server, Or same position we're in now witu updates done as and when and here and there with a massive change of lvl 100 plus coming late in the game ?? I don't think the second option is adding any further life long term, prolonging a slow and painful death, better to be reborn haha

For people like myself who are not capped and stopped playing I would say that significantly faster rates to 100 and massively increased drop rates for epic/intense items for people under 100 would probably be the only thing that may make me play again.
I'm only level 61 with fully rested but i really can't be bothered to slug out for 6 hours a night to get no drops and hardly any stats/exp. I've spent 500 hours ingame on this character, in order to get to 100 i need to spend what... another 1500 hours? No thanks i got better things to do. Honestly, a pure wipe will bring back a lot of users but how long will that last? Not very long unless there are many changes to the leveling/upgrade system and multis, bots and no lifers advantage over normal players is stopped.

The whole problem with low usercount is 1 guild domination..... not entirely DL's fault ...some guilds wussing out early... not all DL are botters/pilot users and multies...but pretty fair to say... i never saw where u got all the +7-8 gear from as u never play ...but

I have decent gear because I actually have a helpful guild who help create items and share drops. You wouldn't know about this experience due to you being a sad act loner in a guild by himself or you trying to populate a full guild with his own chars. Look out for Elin? nearly died 2v1 the other day duels and pking are different, would say look out for me but you never leave town anyway cy@.
